Cancellation and Refund Policy . . .

We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and there may be times when you need to reschedule or cancel your grief coaching session. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Notice:
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the available time slot to another individual in need of support.

Late Cancellations/No Shows:
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show up for your scheduled session, you will be charged for half of the session fee. We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling:
Clients are encouraged to reschedule appointments when necessary, as long as they provide the required 24 hours' notice. We will do our best to accommodate your new appointment time based on our availability.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail or phone.

Emergency or Special Circumstances:
In the event of an emergency or extenuating circumstances that prevent you from giving 24 hours' notice, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Refunds:
If you miss a session or cancel a session without the required24 hours’ notice, we will apply a 50% refund to your balance for the missed session. If at the end of your coaching sessions there's a balance remaining on your account, we will pay out the remaining balance via check. You can also have that balance apply toward a future session and we will provide a coupon code to adjust the cost of a future session in the event that the balance doesn't fully cover the future session.

Coach's Cancellations:
In the rare event that the grief coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session, every effort will be made to provide you with as much notice as possible. If the coach cancels a session, there will be no charge for the rescheduled session or a full refund, as per your preference. If you opt for a refund, we will pay out the remaining balance via check.
